After your assessment Pino will put a realistic program together for you, taking into account your work patterns and time schedules to allow your training to fit into your weekly routine as smoothly as possible. He will be realistic with you and will always make your safety and comfortability level his first priority.

Training with a group of friends can be great since the group can motivate each other and push each other.
